The integrated blast chiller controller (master) gives a signal to the super heat controller (230V). Including heated floot and ramp.

General description:
The KPS 120 blast chiller is available as roll-in or roll through units with one or two doors. With two door models the food can be rolled from the kitchen directly into the blast chiller and through for storage in refrigerated cold rooms. It is necessary to connect this unit to an external drain.
