Sophisticated electronic controls offer the choice of six different functions: Refrigeration, freezing, quick chill, quick freeze, controlled rapid thawing and dry cooling. Equipped with right hand hinged reversible door with lock, automatic door closing, pedal door opener, 5 stainless shelves and controlled thaw. Chilling KP 60 with ISO-packs: 25 mm 13 kg, from +70°C to + 3°C in 90 min. Product thawing KP 60 with ISO-packs: 50 mm 22 kg from -18°C to +7°C in 12 hours Please note these products should not be used for processess that require blast chilling or freezing
